Hello everyone,
You may already know: saturating your audience with too frequent communications penalizes you.
Firstly, these messages can be perceived as bothersome by your audience because they might quickly feel overburdened.
Moreover, it's bad for your deliverability. An annoyed audience leads to increased unsubscribes and complaints!
In short, overwhelming your audience is a lose-lose situation.
That's why we offer a feature to manage marketing pressure, on a weekly or monthly basis.
Let's go to Campaigns.
Then, in the settings, click on "Campaigns".
On this page, click on the selector and then set the desired timeframe.
As you can see on the screen, you can do the same for your SMS campaigns.
Good to know: this does not apply to automated campaigns. If follow-ups are scheduled in your workflows, they will proceed regardless of the preferences we just discussed.
Also, these settings only govern marketing activity within Campaigns.
The Sendkit and Engage applications continue to operate based on your custom triggers and the sending schedules you have defined.
Thank you for following this tutorial, and see you soon on Sarbacane Suite!
