This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The usage conditions for a compliant link:
- The link must appear within the email, regardless of whether it is offered in the header or at the very end.
- The link text must be clear and unambiguous.
- The link color should not hide the link within the email.
- The link's font size should be sufficiently large and proportional to the rest of the text.
- Unsubscribing must be free and without any conditions.
Good to know: The unsubscribe link is not mandatory for transactional emails that directly contribute to the proper functioning of the expected service (order confirmation, shipping notification, payment method expiration, etc.).
Add the link to your communication:
- After typing the text that will serve as the unsubscribe link, select that text.
- Click on the chain icon, which will allow you to identify the text as a link.
- In the “Type” dropdown menu, select “To an unsubscribe form”.
- In the “Method” dropdown menu, choose the location of the page that will allow your recipient to unsubscribe independently.
