What is profiling under GDPR?

Profiling involves using personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects of an individual, particularly to analyze or predict elements related to their work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, or location.
Profiling allows for making decisions about an individual or analyzing/predicting their preferences, behaviors, or mindsets. In this case, Article 22 of the GDPR provides the data subject with the right to obtain human intervention from the data controller, express their point of view, and challenge the decision
