What is the right to be forgotten?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
This is a right to data erasure.
This right applies only under certain conditions outlined by the GDPR:
- Personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed in any other way.
- The data subject withdraws the consent upon which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- The data subject objects to the processing (subject to conditions).
- Personal data has been unlawfully processed.
- Personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation provided by EU law or the law of the Member State to which the data controller is subject.
- Personal data has been collected in the context of the offer of information society services as referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR (Consent of minors).
