This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
You will be able to find all your landing pages and forms in the new version of Sarbacane:
- Your landing pages will be available in Sarbacane Pages
- Your forms will be available in Sarbacane Forms
What are the main new features regarding the creation and management of landing pages and forms?
A new template management interface
For the Pages and Forms applications, the interface has been revamped to facilitate the creation, search, and management of your templates and created resources.
Smart Forms
Smart Templates are now available for your forms. As a reminder, Smart Template is an intelligent template generator. By entering your website's URL, Smart Template analyzes the visual identity of your website (dominant color, logo, social networks) and automatically generates dozens of templates reflecting your company's image. This functionality is now available for your forms as well. In addition to the design in your colors, Smart Forms are also templates designed to respond to specific use cases. Here are the Smart Templates available to you in Forms:
- Quiz
- Registration for a contest
- Update of contact details
- Whitepaper download form
- Satisfaction survey
- Reservation request
- Event registration
- Preference center
- Newsletter subscription
- Contact request
Editing the confirmation email message
You now have the ability to customize certain elements of the automatic email sent automatically following a registration via a form created with Sarbacane Forms. Here are the elements you can customize:
In the header: the subject, pre-header, sender's alias, sender's email, and reply-to email.
In the body of the message: the logo, button color, and link colors
For security and deliverability reasons, this email is not fully customizable.
