This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Switching to Sarbacane Suite does not result in a change in the rate for your current subscription. Moreover, we offer you access to the complete Suite at no additional cost until the renewal date of your subscription. Therefore, if you had a subscription to Sarbacane Sunrise, the rate of your subscription will remain the same until the renewal date of your subscription.
Upon renewal of our subscription, you will have the option to choose between renewing your subscription with the full Sarbacane Suite at the corresponding rate for all users of your account, or opting for a set of licenses corresponding to the functional scope you use on Sarbacane Sunrise.
