Hello everyone!
If you don't have a domain name, you might wonder how to get one and, more importantly, what a domain name is used for.
We'll explain everything about the domain credits offered by Sarbacane.
Using a domain name is like presenting a valid ID card during a check: it inspires trust! And this trust is necessary for anti-spam filters to route your communications.
In short, using a domain name is showing a clean record to maximize your chances of deliverability.
From your homepage, go to the Campaigns application and then to your account settings.
In "Domains," click on "Add a domain name" and then choose "New domain."
Ensure that it is available, then click on reserve to proceed with payment and registration of your domain name.
This payment is annual, and your domain name will be reserved for one year. After one year, you can renew it or opt for a new domain name.
If your actions are clean and your deliverability is good, we recommend renewing the same domain name to maintain its trust capital.
If direct payment is not possible for you, our sales team is at your disposal for a quote and future activation.
Keep in mind that for effective deliverability, a warm-up period of a few days is necessary.
For example, it would be useless and dangerous to address 50,000 recipients immediately. A gradual approach is strongly recommended.
To monitor the reputation of your domain, Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft offer tools that you can easily find via your search engine.
Thank you for following this tutorial, and see you soon on Sarbacane Suite!
