Several million emails leave the Sarbacane platform every day. To get them into the inbox, Sarbacane authenticates your sends, automatically excludes invalid addresses, monitors the reputation of its servers and checks campaigns before they are sent. Your own domain and the quality of your lists complete these measures.
The platform signs your emails with the authentication protocols expected by mailbox providers. To go further, send with your own domain (see Which method should I choose to send with my own domain in Sarbacane Campaigns?).
Addresses with a permanent error (hard bounces) are detected automatically at each send, thanks to feedback from your recipients' servers. They are added to the bounce list (NPAI) and excluded from your next sends. Unsubscribed contacts are also excluded automatically.
When you import a list, the contact analysis detects duplicates, incorrect syntax and non-existent domains, and suggests corrections (see How do I clean a contact list in Sarbacane Contacts?).
The technical teams continuously monitor the reputation of the sending servers and IP addresses, and spread sends over the most reliable IPs.
Before sending, the moderation team checks that your campaigns comply with the terms of use, in particular the presence of an unsubscribe link. It also reviews the content and the origin of the contacts.
