If you wish to blacklist a contact, you can access their contact record and click on the Add to blacklist icon. You will be able to choose between blacklisting their email address or their domain.
After adding the contact to the blacklist, you will be able to see immediately in the Information tab of the contact record whether the email address or the domain has been blacklisted thanks to the note “[email protected] is blacklisted”.
Please note that if you are a User, you must be the owner of the contact in order to add them to the blacklist. However, if you have the Manager role, you can blacklist any contact.
