Manually remove a contact from your blacklist
To remove an email address or a domain name from your blacklist, go to the settings of Sarbacane Engage, then click on “Blacklist” in the settings section. Click on the action menu (represented by the three small dots “...”) to the right of the blacklisted email or domain name. Click on Delete, then Confirm.
Note that if you are a User (and not a Manager) in Engage, you will only be able to remove from the blacklist the contacts that you own.
You can also remove a contact from the blacklist by going to its record, then clicking on the trash icon to the right of the mention “[email protected] is blacklisted”. Confirm. That is all there is to it.
Remove a selection of contacts from the blacklist
To delete a selection of contacts from your prospecting blacklist, select the contacts you wish to remove, then click on Actions at the top right, then on Remove from blacklist. Confirm to remove the contacts from the blacklist.
Remove all contacts from your blacklist
Finally, it is possible to remove all contacts from your blacklist in just a few clicks. Go to the settings of Sarbacane Engage, then click on “Blacklist” in the “Settings” section. Click on the Delete all items button. Confirm to remove all contacts from your blacklist.
