In the process of managing contacts with Sarbacane Engage, notes enable you to build a valuable history of information about your prospects. This feature helps you retain essential information and share it with your colleagues for effective collaboration.
To begin, go to your contact’s record by following the steps described in the article Access my contact records.
At the top of the contact record, click Create a note to start the process of creating a new note.
Provide a title and a description for your note to save the relevant information. This step enables you to capture important details regarding your interactions with the contact.
Once the details have been added, click Confirm to save the note in the system.
Your note will now be integrated into the contact’s activity log. It will be accessible to all users of your Sarbacane Engage instance, thus providing increased visibility into the history of interactions with the prospect.
