In Sarbacane Engage, contact statuses are indicators that make it possible to track and categorize the progress and behavior of contacts within your prospecting campaigns. This facilitates the management of your contacts and the organization of your sales activities.
Access your Settings via the left sidebar.
Click on the Status tab.
You will find default statuses such as Converted, Engaged, Disqualified, etc.
Use the options in the three small dots to edit, delete, or view the contacts associated with each status.
To create a new status, click on the Create a status button.
Select the relevant contacts.
Click on the three small dots at the top right, then choose Change status.
Select the new status from the drop-down menu and confirm.
Open the contact record.
Click on the Contact tab.
Choose the new status from the No status drop-down menu.
Access your Inbox.
Select a contact reply.
Click on the Contact tab.
Then choose the new status.
Tip: The Zapier connector enables you to automate actions based on status changes. If you would like to set up automations via Zapier, please feel free to contact your dedicated CSM.
