The Sarbacane Engage tool greatly facilitates the creation and management of your contacts. You can thus add new contacts manually, from an external file, from LinkedIn, or by synchronizing information from other sources. Here is how to proceed.
Steps for creating new contacts
Here is how to manually create a contact step by step:
To begin, go to the Contacts page using the sidebar located on the left of the screen.
Click on New Contact
At the top right of the Contacts page, locate the New contact button and click on it.
Select the Creation Method:
A window will appear with several options, including:
Manual entry
External file
LinkedIn
Synchronization
For manual creation, choose the Manual entry option by clicking on Select in the corresponding tile.
Enter the basic information
A new window will open. First fill in the email address, which is a mandatory field. If necessary, add other basic fields. To access secondary and custom fields, click on Other fields at the bottom of the window.
Finalize the Creation
Once all the information has been entered, click on Confirm. Your new contact will be saved in Sarbacane Engage.
Practical tip: If you receive a response from a contact containing the email address of the person to be contacted within the company, it is recommended to manually create a new contact using the provided email address. You can then add this new contact to the initial sequence to ensure proper follow-up.
