Contact lists are a key component in Sarbacane Engage for organizing and managing your prospects. Understanding how to access your lists, create them, rename them, delete them, and move contacts between them is essential for optimizing your interactions with your leads.
Access your contact lists
Go to the Contacts page via the left sidebar.
Click on the icon with the 3 small horizontal bars at the top to display your lists.
You can see all the lists created by you and your collaborators. To access a specific list, click on its name.
Create a contact list
Stay on your lists page.
Click on the blue Create a list button at the top right.
A window appears, give a name to your list, then click Validate.
Delete a contact list
To delete a list, ensure that the following two conditions are met:
The list must be empty.
You must be the owner of the list (as a user or manager). You can check the owner from the Owner column in your lists.
Then:
Click on the 3 small dots to the right of the list you wish to delete.
Click Delete.
Rename a contact list
Click on the three small dots to the right of the list.
Click on Edit.
Rename the list in the window that appears, then click on Confirm.
Change the contact list of a contact
You can move a contact from one list to another in several ways.
From the general contacts view
Select the relevant contact(s).
Click on the three small dots at the top right.
Click on Change list.
Choose the new list in the drop-down menu and confirm.
From the contact record
Go to the contact’s record.
Click on the name of the current list.
Select the new list.
From the contact’s reply
Go to the inbox.
Select the contact’s reply.
Click on the name of the current list.
Choose the new list.
