The Data Desk of Sarbacane Engage is a powerful resource for improving the quality and personalization of your communication sequences. It enables you to clean and enrich your databases, as well as to create magic variables, for more authentic and impactful interactions.
To benefit from the advantages of the Data Desk, go to the settings of your Sarbacane Engage account and select the Data Desk tab.
Cleaning: You have the possibility to reformat your contacts’ information to make it usable in your sequence emails. By default, the reformatting of first name, last name, role, company name and company size is enabled. You can customize these options by checking or unchecking the boxes.
Magic Variables: Magic variables are generated from your native variables such as company name or industry sector. They enable you to further personalize your emails. To activate them, first create a variable corresponding to the magic variable you wish to use. For example, the Courtesy Title variable can be activated to address prospects with Mr. or Ms. depending on the first name provided.
Enrichment: This function gives you access to synchronization with Clearbit, a contact enrichment solution. You can obtain information such as the industry sector.
Verification: You can verify the validity of your contacts’ email addresses before engaging them in a sequence, thanks to the integration with the Briteverify software.
After configuring the different options in the Data Desk, newly created contacts will automatically be enriched with the relevant information. However, already existing contacts will not be automatically modified. If you wish to retroactively enrich existing contacts, you can select them from the contact list, then click on Action and choose Enrich with Data Desk.
