Sarbacane Engage offers you the possibility to fully customize your signature, which will be automatically added at the end of each email sent from your account. This signature configured via Sarbacane Engage will replace your usual signature when you send emails from your account.
Configuring your custom signature
To configure your signature:
Go to the Settings section via the sidebar on the left.
Open the Signature tab.
Several options are available to you:
You can select No signature to start from a blank page.
You can choose a template from the list on the left to save time. The templates offer simple signatures containing the information from your account. Once the template is selected, the signature will appear in the editor on the right, where you can make adjustments if you wish.
You can configure your signature directly using our editor on the right.
After configuring your signature, save your changes by clicking the Save button located below the editor.
Using the signature editor
In the editor on the right, you can:
Edit the text.
Insert images and clickable links.
Insert HTML code.
We recommend choosing a simple signature (without images) to improve the deliverability of your emails. Too many clickable links can distract your prospects’ attention when they read your emails, unless of course these links direct your recipients towards your conversion objective (form, landing page or others).
Please note that the signature saved in your own mailbox (Outlook or other) will not be used for your prospecting emails sent from Sarbacane Engage, even if you do not enter any content in your signature on Sarbacane Engage.
