In Sarbacane Engage, you have the possibility to create sending schedules to choose the most relevant times to send your emails. This feature allows you to optimize your communications by respecting the most suitable time slots.
To create a sending schedule, follow these steps:
Click on the calendar icon in the left sidebar.
Hover over the + symbol and create a new schedule.
Configure your schedule by specifying a name, a description, and a time zone.
Define the sending time ranges using the predefined shortcuts or customize them according to your preferences.
Ensure that your schedule contains at least 6 hours of sending time ranges and exclude the days you do not wish to use.
Validate your configuration and click Create.
To edit an existing schedule, select the schedule and make the necessary changes.
Once your schedule has been created, link it to your sequences. In your sequence settings, choose the desired schedule from the drop-down menu.
Mark a schedule as a favorite by hovering your mouse over it and clicking the check mark. This schedule will be assigned by default to your new sequences.
Note that you cannot modify the schedule of an active sequence. To do so, pause all contacts in the sequence, create a new schedule that respects the planned time slots, associate the schedule with the sequence, and save the sequence.
Delete a Schedule:
Before deleting a schedule, make sure that it is not used in an active sequence. If necessary, pause the contacts in the sequence, then delete the schedule.
