Monitoring and analyzing statistics are essential for assessing the effectiveness of your prospecting sequences in Sarbacane Engage. The weekly statistics report provides you with an overview of the key metrics from the previous week, thereby helping you make informed decisions for your prospecting strategy.
Access your account settings via the Settings icon, then select the Profile tab.
In the User sub-tab, ensure that the Weekly statistics report option is enabled (it is enabled by default). If this is not the case, enable it.
Click Save to store your preferences.
Every Monday, you will receive the weekly statistics report in your inbox, summarizing the key statistics from the previous week. Below is an overview of the report contents:
Active sequences: The number of active sequences during the previous week, i.e., those for which emails were still scheduled for your contacts.
Contacts reached: The number of contacts who received an email during the past week.
Emails sent: The total number of emails sent during the past week.
Replies received: The number of manual replies received during the week, excluding error emails and automatic out-of-office replies.
Emails opened: The number of emails opened by contacts during the week.
Emails clicked: The number of clicks on links contained in your emails during the week.
