Ensure that you have the Manager role in Sarbacane Engage to be able to delete variables. Note that it is not possible to delete native variables.
To delete a variable:
Go to the Settings section, then select the Variables tab.
Click on Defaults at the top right, then use the dropdown menu to choose Custom. This will display the variables you have created.
A new page will be displayed, showing the list of your custom variables. Locate the variable you wish to delete and click on the Delete link located on the far right.
A window will appear to confirm your choice. Click the “Confirm” button to finalize the deletion.
By following these steps, you will be able to easily manage and delete the personalization variables you have created in Sarbacane Engage.
