Integrating your email address with Sarbacane Engage is essential to ensure effective communication with your prospects. Learn how to synchronize your email address with your account to automatically manage your prospects’ replies and avoid sending future scheduled emails.
Depending on your email provider and configuration, you have several options to synchronize your email address with Sarbacane Engage. Here is the list of available methods:
Gmail / Gsuite synchronization
Microsoft 365 synchronization for professional accounts only.
OVH synchronization
Gandi synchronization
SMTP / IMAP synchronization
Caution: when synchronizing, avoid using an email address that is an alias or a redirection. This could prevent your prospects’ replies from appearing in your Sarbacane Engage inbox, while scheduled emails would continue to be sent to those prospects.

If a drop-down menu appears to select the sending mailbox, make sure you choose the correct sending mailbox.
Click on Select this sending mailbox and then on Save.
