If you use OVH as your email provider, you can quickly connect your email address to the Sarbacane Engage platform. Discover how to perform this integration in a simple and efficient way.
Follow these steps to connect your OVH email address to Sarbacane Engage:
Access your Sarbacane Engage account settings from the sidebar located on the left.
Select the Email tab.
Choose the OVH icon from the list of options.
Enter the email address you wish to connect, if it has not already been filled in automatically.
Provide the password associated with your email account, once for the IMAP section (incoming server for receiving emails) and once again for the SMTP section (outgoing server for sending emails). Then click on the Connect button.
If synchronization encounters issues, choose the IMAP/SMTP option at the top of the page and configure the advanced connection by following the guidelines in the article on synchronization with SMTP/IMAP.
For OVH customers, it is recommended to call OVH customer service on 1007 to request the removal of any possible restrictions on sending limits and other settings. They may need the following information: the OVH account ID, the email address of the account administrator, and the registered telephone number.
