First of all, make sure you have Manager status in Sarbacane Engage. Indeed, the possibility of creating new variables is not available to regular users. If you have the User role, please refer to our dedicated article on this subject for more details.
Once this verification has been carried out:
Access the Settings section at the top of the screen, then select the Variables tab
Click the New variable button at the top of the page
A window appears. Assign a name to your variable (make sure it is clear and logical so that you can easily find it) and, if necessary, add a description to clarify its use.
Once the details have been entered, click the Confirm button located at the bottom of the window.
Congratulations! Your custom variable is now created and ready to be used.
To view your new variable, go to the Defaults section at the top right of the screen, then select the Custom option.
You can now enhance the personalization of your prospecting sequences on Sarbacane Engage by adding your own variables.
