Discover how to automate LinkedIn profile visits in your sequences with Sarbacane Engage. This feature allows you to optimize your interactions on LinkedIn by automatically visiting your contacts’ profiles, thereby strengthening your presence on the platform.
To begin, ensure that you have synchronized your LinkedIn account with Sarbacane Engage. Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your LinkedIn account.
Open the Connect extension (if you have not already installed it, find out how to do so).
Go to the LinkedIn tab in Sarbacane Engage.
Click on Create my LinkedIn integration.
You should receive a confirmation message indicating that the connection between your LinkedIn account and Sarbacane Engage has been successfully established.
To automate LinkedIn profile visits within your sequences, follow these steps:
Go to the sequence you have created (if you have not yet created one, find out how to do so).
Go to your Sequences page via the left sidebar and select the relevant sequence.
In the My sequence tab, click on Add a step on the left.
Then click on the three small dots, then on Edit.
Select LinkedIn as the step type and choose Profile visit.
Click on the blue Save sequence button at the top right to apply the changes.
To ensure that the LinkedIn profiles of your contacts in the sequence are visited successfully, make sure that the native variable linkedin_url contains the contact's LinkedIn profile link, in a format that includes https://www..
Any other format (no URL, LinkedIn Sales Navigator URL, URL without https://www., for example) will not immediately trigger the profile visit, and Sarbacane Engage will handle the situation as follows:
Sarbacane Engage will search for the contact on LinkedIn using their first name, last name, and company name.
If a single result is found, that person's LinkedIn profile will be visited automatically.
If there are multiple results or no result, no profile visit will be performed.
For contacts created via Connect on LinkedIn, the linkedin_url variable is automatically populated with the URL of their LinkedIn profile. For contacts added in other ways, you can access their record from your account and directly enter the value for the variable.
When importing contacts via a CSV file, you can also add a LinkedIn column in your file containing the LinkedIn URLs of the contacts, then during the import, match your column with the linkedin_url variable.
Furthermore, make sure to remain logged in to LinkedIn when you launch sequences with automated profile visits. However, your computer does not need to stay turned on while the sequences are running.
With the automation of LinkedIn profile visits in your Sarbacane Engage sequences, you can enhance your presence and engagement on the platform, while saving time in your professional interactions. Follow these steps to integrate this feature into your LinkedIn prospecting strategies.
