In Sarbacane Engage, you can improve your engagement by allowing the addition of contacts who have already been engaged in a previous sequence. This offers you increased flexibility in managing your sequences and enables you to effectively re-engage contacts.
Prerequisite: Ensure that the contact is inactive in the previous sequence.
To add the contact to your new sequence:
Go to the Sequences page and select the one to which you wish to add the re-engaged contact.
Access the sequence settings via the Settings tab.
Enable the option Allow contacts who are already engaged to be added to this sequence.
Save the sequence.
Then you have two methods to add the contact to the desired sequence:
Method 1
Find the contact in the list.
Add them to the sequence.
Method 2
When adding the contact to the new sequence, enable the option if the contact has already been engaged.
If you intend to include contacts who have already been engaged in previous sequences, we recommend enabling this option.
The option “Allow contacts who are already engaged to be added to this sequence” is a form of anti-spam protection, preventing several consecutive sequences from being sent to the same contact, thereby preserving email deliverability.
The authorization to add contacts already engaged in new sequences in Sarbacane Engage is a useful strategy for optimizing your engagement without over-soliciting your contacts. Enabling this option gives you increased control over the management of your sequences while preserving the quality of your communications.
