Your Sarbacane subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, with no action required on your part. The next renewal date is shown on your account home page. For any other request about renewal, write to [email protected].
Be the account owner or an administrator.
At the top right of the screen, click your initials (or your avatar).
In the left-hand menu, click Home.
Read the My current plan block.
The My current plan block shows "Automatic renewal of all your products and services will take place on", followed by the date. The renewal amount is charged according to the terms of your contract.
Note: at each renewal, your credit balance returns to the volume included in your subscription. Unused credits are not carried over.
Write to [email protected] and include your customer account number.
