Important : By cancelling your subscription, you agree to terminate the automatic renewal of your current subscription. At the end of the period for which you have subscribed, you will lose access to all Sarbacane services, to the platform, as well as to your user data.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to your account settings in Sarbacane.
Click on Manage my plan.
Select the option Cancel my subscription.
Follow the indicated process
For annual subscriptions, please note that you have 7 calendar days to cancel your subscription before its automatic renewal.
For monthly subscriptions, you have 3 business days to cancel before the automatic renewal date.
