A license gives a user access to all the features of a Sarbacane application. It is billed per user, per month or per year depending on your subscription. Only the account owner and administrators can purchase licenses and assign them.
A license cannot be used by multiple people at the same time.
For another person to use the same application, add a license for that application.
The Sarbacane Campaigns license also includes Contacts and Sarbacane Studio.
License per application : access to a single application, for example Sarbacane Chat.
Sarbacane Suite license : one license for each of the Suite's applications. You can assign each one to a different user.
The price of a license is listed per user, not per company.
With a monthly subscription, the price is per month. With an annual subscription, it is per year.
A license added during a subscription is billed pro rata until the renewal date.
