You change your credit card in the Payment methods menu of your account. The new card will be used for the next payments of your subscription.
Be the owner or an administrator of the account.
Have your new credit card to hand.
At the top right of the screen, click your initials (or your avatar).
In the left menu, click Payment methods.
Below the SEPA direct debit block, find the credit card block.
If a card is already saved, click the card edit button. Otherwise, click Add.
On the secure page, enter your card details.
Click Save.
Your new card appears in Payment methods. Its numbers are partly hidden.
Your role is probably User. Ask the owner or an administrator of the account to make the change.
Save your new card by following the steps above. To pay the outstanding invoice, write to [email protected].
