First of all, note that only administrators and the account owner can have access to the payment methods. If you are a regular user, you will therefore not see the Payment methods section in your Sarbacane account settings. You will then need to contact the account owner or an administrator to make the modification.
How to update your credit card?
When you are logged into the Sarbacane solution as an administrator, click on your avatar at the top right. You will be redirected to the settings of your profile and your account.
Go to the Account section and then click on Payment methods.
If you already have a credit card registered on your account, you can modify it by clicking on “Edit my payment method”.
If you do not have one, you will be offered to add one.
You will then be directed to a secure page on www.sarbacane.com to configure your new banking details.
