Engage has a native integration with the database provider Mixdata. When you are a customer of both Datananas and Mixdata, this integration allows you to import contacts directly from Mixdata into Datananas. All you have to do is add the newly imported contacts to the sequence of your choice.
Here is how this integration works:

If you create lists in Datananas ending with "-MXT" you will be able to find them directly in MixData when you wish to export contacts from MixData to Datananas via the list selection button (1).
