A licence gives a single user, identified by their email address, access to one or more Sarbacane Suite applications. It is assigned, revoked, or reassigned by the account owner and administrators.
There are two types of licences:
Suite licence : access to all applications (Campaigns, Pages, Forms, Contacts, Chat, etc.). It includes several application licences that you can distribute among your users.
À la carte licences : access to one or more specific applications only.
A licence works like a named pass: it is assigned to a single user and cannot be used by two people at the same time, even on different devices. To give access to multiple people, you therefore need as many licences as users.
Only the account owner and administrators can assign, revoke, or reassign licences. To do so, click your avatar in the top right of the screen, then, in the menu on the left of the settings page, open Product licence management or User management. If all available licences are in use, you can purchase more at any time.
Users do not need to create a separate Sarbacane account: they sign in with their existing credentials, or set a password if they have just been invited. Once signed in, they simply choose the account they want to access.
The roles and permissions assigned to each user are retained after migration to Sarbacane Suite.
Licences are assigned per user, with monthly or annual pricing depending on your subscription.
