When you add contacts to a campaign, Sarbacane Campaigns analyzes them and removes those who should not receive the send: duplicates, invalid addresses, bounces (NPAI), unsubscribers. They stay in your list, are only excluded from this campaign and use no credits. To find the cause, hover over the icon next to the contact in the Excluded tab.
A Sarbacane Campaigns license.
An email or SMS campaign to which you have added contacts.
Open your campaign at the Recipients step.
Above the list, click the Excluded tab. The number in brackets shows how many contacts are excluded.
In the Cause column, hover over the contact's icon. After a few seconds, the cause appears.
To put a contact back into the send, hover over its row: on the right, in the Actions column, click •••, then choose the option to reinclude the contact.
You know why each contact is excluded. People who unsubscribed from your previous campaigns are in the Unsubscribers tab.
The same row appears several times: Sarbacane Campaigns sends only one message. There is nothing to do.
The address is mistyped, its domain doesn't exist, or it comes from a temporary address service. Correct the address in your list, then run the contact analysis again.
The address or number no longer exists: a previous send received a permanent error (NPAI).
The person unsubscribed, or reported one of your messages as spam. They will no longer receive your campaigns.
The contact has already received the maximum number of emails set for your account. You set this maximum in Settings > Campaigns, Email tab, under Control marketing pressure by limiting the number of sendings to a recipient's email address (for example, "Don't send more than 1 email per week to the same email address").
Note: automatic campaigns don't take this limit into account.
Sarbacane doesn't send SMS to this number's country. Check that the country code is correct.
