French mobile operators prohibit using the name of certain brands, known as sensitive brands, as the custom sender of an SMS without prior authorization. To keep sending your Sarbacane Campaigns campaigns under this name, fill in a brand declaration and send it back to Sarbacane. Without this declaration, operators may reject your campaigns. Allow five steps, plus the validation time.

Email the completed and signed document to [email protected].
Note: the document mentions “SMS A2P” (Application-to-Person). These are SMS messages that a company sends to mobile numbers from an application, in this case Sarbacane.
Sarbacane forwards your declaration to aggregators and operators. You receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been registered and validated. You can then send your SMS messages with this sender: in the Message step, under Sender, select Custom.

Check that you have sent your brand declaration and received the confirmation email. In the meantime, under Sender, select Standard number to keep sending your campaigns. If the problem persists after confirmation, contact customer support.
