You may already know this: saturating your audience with overly frequent communications will penalize you.
First, these communications may be perceived as bothersome by your audience, as they may quickly feel over-solicited.
Furthermore, it is detrimental to your deliverability. An annoyed audience results in unsubscriptions and complaints skyrocketing!
In short, saturating your audience is a lose-lose situation.
This is why we offer a feature that allows you to manage marketing pressure on a weekly or monthly basis.
Navigate to Campaigns, then in the settings, click on "Campaigns".

On this page, click on the selector and then define the desired time period.
As you can see on the screen, it is possible to do the same for your SMS sends.
Good to know: this does not apply to automated campaigns. If follow-ups are scheduled in your scenarios, they will be executed independently of the preferences we just reviewed.
Additionally, these settings only govern marketing activity within Campaigns.
The Sendkit and Engage applications continue to operate according to your custom triggers and defined sending schedules.
