Administrators can ban one or more users to prevent their access to the account. This action immediately logs out the banned users and retains their data for further management. Administrators can also reauthorize these users if necessary.
Steps to ban a user
Ban a specific user
Access the user card
Go to the User management section.
Expand the menu of the relevant user.
Select the action
Click on Ban from account in the dropdown menu.
Confirm (or not) the action
Click on Ban or Cancel.
Ban multiple users
Select the relevant users
Check the boxes next to the users to be banned.
Click on Ban users at the top of the list.
Confirm the bulk action
Confirm the ban for all selected users.
Management of banned users
Display in the interface
Banned users appear below active users in a dedicated section entitled Banned user(s).
Re-authorize a user
Click the Re-authorize button in the banned user's card.
This action allows the user to log back into the account with their usual credentials.
