To protect against any unauthorized access, administrators can force one or more users to change their password. This action immediately logs out the affected users, preventing them from logging back in until a new password has been set.
Access the user’s card
Open the User management section.
Expand the menu of the relevant user.
Select the action
In the drop-down menu, click Reset password.
Confirm the action
A confirmation window is displayed.
Click Reset password.
Select the relevant users
Check the boxes next to the users in the list.
Click on Reset passwords at the top of the list.
Confirm the bulk action
Confirm the operation for all selected users.
