The chat bubble in Sarbacane allows you to quickly contact customer service to ask questions, obtain assistance, or report issues. However, we understand that the constant display of the chat bubble can sometimes interfere with navigation within the interface. This is why you have the option to customize the display of the chat bubble according to your preferences. Follow these simple steps to enable or disable the presence of the chat bubble in Sarbacane applications according to your preferences:
Log in to your Sarbacane account using your email address and current password.
Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the screen to access your account and profile settings.
You will automatically be redirected to the Profile section of the settings.
In the Preferences section, you can enable or disable the chat bubble by checking or unchecking the option.
After following these steps, the display of the customer service chat bubble will be customized according to your choices. You will then be able to navigate the Sarbacane interface without being disturbed by the presence of the chat bubble. If you wish to reactivate it again to contact customer service, simply return to this section and enable the corresponding option.
