Emails are sent regularly to provide information on the status of campaigns or to send invoices. To do this, you can define the email addresses where you wish to receive each type of message:
Information about the routing service (e.g.: “Sending your campaign”)
Quotes and invoicing
Log in to your Sarbacane account using your email address and your current password.
Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the screen to access your account and profile settings.
You are automatically redirected to the “Profile” section of the settings. Click on the “Account” section.
In the left side menu, you will see different subsections related to your account. Look for the heading Notifications and click on it.
Once in the Notifications section, you will see the list of different categories of messages for which you can specify separate notification addresses (“Routing services information” or “Quotes and invoicing”).
For each type of email, click on the corresponding input field and enter the email address or email addresses that you wish to use to receive these notifications. If you wish to add several addresses, make sure to separate them with a comma, as in the example below:
Example: [email protected], [email protected]
Saving is performed automatically as soon as you click outside the input field.
By following these simple steps, you can customize the notification email addresses for each type of message in Sarbacane.
