Here are the steps to follow if you wish to change your login email address.
Prerequisite: you must have access to the inbox linked to the login email address you wish to use.
Log in to your Sarbacane account using your current email address and password.
Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the screen to access your account and profile settings.
You are automatically redirected to the “Profile” section of the settings.
In the “Identifiers” section, click the “Edit” button opposite the “Email” field.
Once you have entered the new email address, click the blue check mark to confirm the change.
Make sure you have been logged out of your Sarbacane session before confirming your new address via the link received.
An email will be sent to you automatically to activate this new address. Once you are logged out, simply click on the link in this email to confirm your change.
