To access the management of your users and user groups, log in to your Sarbacane account, then click on your avatar at the top right.
You will then be redirected to your account settings.
Click on the “User Management” section to access the management dashboard for users and user groups.
Warning: this section is only accessible to administrators and the account owner. If you do not see this section, it means you have the “User” role and you do not have the rights to manage account access and user permissions.
By default, you will land on the “Users” tab.
To delete a user, please proceed as follows:
Click on the action menu (the three-dot symbol) on the card of the user concerned
Click on “Delete”
Then “Confirm” your choice
This user will then no longer have access to the applications and data of your account.
Note that the account owner cannot be deleted in this way.
