To access the management of your users and user groups, log in to your Sarbacane account, then click on your avatar at the top right.
You will then be redirected to your account settings.
Click on the “User management” section to access the user and user group management dashboard.
Warning: this section is only accessible to administrators and to the account owner. If you do not see this section, it means that you have the “User” role and that you do not have the rights to manage account access and user permissions.
By default, you will land on the “Users” tab.
To delete a user, proceed as follows:
Click on the action menu (the three dots symbol) on the card of the user concerned.
Click on “Delete”.
Then “Confirm” your choice.
This user will then no longer have access to the applications and data of your account.
Note that the account owner cannot be deleted in this way.
