Role of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Sarbacane

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is an evolution of the Correspondent for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (CIL).
At Sarbacane, their responsibilities include:
- Awareness and Information: Our DPO is responsible for informing and raising awareness among our internal team about the culture of Data Protection and Freedom of Information, ensuring that everyone understands and adheres to data protection principles.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with the legal framework of the European Regulation and data protection laws.
- Mediation with Clients: Handling any potential complaints from clients and their campaign recipients and ensuring the respect of rights.
- Interaction with CNIL: The DPO interacts with the CNIL (French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty) to ensure Sarbacane's compliance with regulatory requirements and to respond to reporting requirements if necessary.
You can contact them at the following email address: dpo@sarbacane.com
