Can I change the level of support and services during my subscription?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher level of support and services at any time. The change will apply to all licenses on your account. Changing the level of subscription and services during your subscription will be billed on a prorated basis until the renewal date of your subscription.
For any other changes to the level of support and services, we recommend contacting your account manager.
