If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher level of support and services at any time. The change will apply to all licenses on your account. Changing the level of subscription and services during your subscription will be billed on a prorated basis until the renewal date of your subscription.
For any other changes to the level of support and services, we recommend contacting your account manager.
