How to renew my subscription?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.

The renewal process for your Sarbacane subscription depends on the configuration of the automatic renewal of your subscription. Here's how it works:

Automatic Renewal Enabled (default): If you have not disabled the automatic renewal of your subscription, it will be automatically renewed at the end of the period for which you subscribed. In this case, you do not need to take any specific action to renew your subscription. The fees associated with renewal will be automatically deducted according to the terms of your contract.

Automatic Renewal Disabled: If you have chosen to disable the automatic renewal of your subscription, your subscription will not be automatically renewed at the end of the initial period. In this case, to renew your subscription, we invite you to contact our sales department.

Make sure to check the status of the automatic renewal of your subscription in your Sarbacane account settings to determine whether you need to take action for renewal or if it will be done automatically.
