This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
All our subscriptions can be subscribed to on a monthly or annual basis.
If you subscribe to applications that require consumables (e.g., email or SMS credits), with a monthly payment option, you will receive the number of credits you have chosen each month into your account.
With an annual subscription, you will receive 12 months of credits immediately, which can be used at any time during the year. Additionally, the annual payment option is advantageous as it can save you up to 20% compared to the monthly payment option.
