I’ve switched to the Suite: what happens on the renewal date of my subscription?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
If you are a Sarbacane customer and have switched to Sarbacane Suite, here is what you need to know about renewing your subscription:
- Until the renewal date, you have free access to the complete suite, allowing you to discover all the additional features of Sarbacane Suite.
- On the renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed to a full Sarbacane Suite license, at the rate corresponding to this offer, for each user on your account. This way, you can continue to enjoy all the features of Sarbacane Suite. However, you can change the number of licenses you need.
- If you prefer to remain on the functional scope of Sarbacane Sunrise that you were using before the switch to the Suite on the renewal date, you have the option to do so by opting for a set of licenses corresponding to this functional scope for the number of users/licenses of your choice. In this case, you will retain the features you were accustomed to, without access to the additional features of Sarbacane Suite.
