How long will it take to update my account to Sarbacane Suite?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Once you have clicked on " Update to Sarbacane Suite ", the update of your account and the transfer of your data and resources are launched asynchronously. Resources are transferred to the new version of Sarbacane in order of priority: contact lists first, then settings, campaigns, etc. The most recent items are transferred to the new version. The most recent elements are transferred first.
When the update is launched, access to the application will be cut off for a few moments. However, even if the transfer is not yet complete, you will still be able to work on Sarbacane Suite fairly quickly.
Please note that the time required to transfer all your resources depends on the volume of data, so the transfer may take some time.
If several users have access to your Sarbacane Sunrise account, please ensure that none of them is creating content or working on a campaign when you launch the update.
