This help center is dedicated to the previous version of our software, Sarbacane Sunrise. Users of the current version, Sarbacane Suite, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Do you have a Mailchimp account? You want to retrieve all your content (contact lists, black lists, campaigns, statistics) on Sarbacane?
Here is a simple solution to migrate your Mailchimp account data to Sarbacane.
First of all, please contact a Sarbacane advisor to make available on your account the plugin necessary for this migration.
Once the plugin is available, go to your account settings, go to the "Your profile" menu and then to the "Migration" tab.
Click on the small gearbox at the bottom left of the "Mailchimp Migration" insert.
A window opens. On this one, you are asked for the API key of your Mailchimp account. This key will allow Sarbacane to have access to your Mailchimp data and to retrieve them from your Sarbacane account.
IMPORTANT: Sarbacane will not delete any data from your Mailchimp account. Sarbacane will make a simple copy of these on Sarbacane Sunrise.
You will find your API key on your Mailchimp account at the following address: admin.mailchimp.com/account/api/
Copy and paste it in Mailify, then click on "Launch". The migration of your data then begins.
Wait until the 4 steps of the migration are completed.
