When can I switch to Sarbacane Suite?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
The switch to Sarbacane Suite will be offered to you over the next few weeks.
In order to provide each of our customers with the best possible support in their transition to Sarbacane Suite, we have decided not to offer all our customers the opportunity to switch to this new version at the same time.
When the switch to Sarbacane Suite becomes possible for your account, you will be informed in several ways:
Whether you are an owner, administrator or user, a notification window will appear when you connect to your Sarbacane account, inviting you to switch to Sarbacane Suite. This window will appear several times in the application.
Please note that only an account owner can switch to the new version of Sarbacane.
If you are an invited user or administrator on an account, you will be able to send an email notification to your account owner to proceed with the Sarbacane update. A notification in the application will appear when your account owner has updated Sarbacane.
If you are the owner of the account you are using, you will also receive an email notification allowing you to switch to the new version of Sarbacane.
In all cases, the time at which you will be able to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be determined by our teams.
