How can I update my registered credit card?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.

Firstly, please note that only administrators and the account owner have access to payment methods. If you are a "regular user," you will not see the "Payment methods" section in your Sarbacane account settings. You will need to refer to the account owner or an administrator to make the change.

How to update your credit card?

When you are logged into the Sarbacane platform as an administrator, click on your avatar in the top right corner. You will be redirected to your profile and account settings.

Go to the "Account" section and click on "Payment methods."

If you already have a registered credit card in your account, you can edit it by clicking on "Edit my payment method."

If you don't have one, you will be prompted to add a new one.

You will then be directed to a secure page on www.sarbacane.com to set up your new banking information.
